| The
irreplaceable benefits for which the brain is responsible was
taught to Oak Ridge Elementary students grades K-6. Dr.
Gibbs taught the 160 students that their brain gives them the
characteristics that make them who they are. In order to
show how useful the brain is, Dr. Gibbs focused on each part of
the brain and their functions. He also spoke about the
location and size of the brain, and the thickness of the skull in
order to help students better understand how small and fragile,
yet unique and essential their brain is. |
