The
International Brain Foundation sponsored a poster and writing
contest for area students. Some of the topics for the poster
contest were "I use my brain for..." and "My
brain's daily activities..." Poetry was the theme of the
writing contest for grades four - six. Over 100 entertaining
and humorous entries were received for both contests.
